VENDOR UPDATE
BEAVERTON, Ore.--Tibco Software and GemStone Systems have combined their technologies to create the Enterprise Services Solution (ESS), a platform that combines a data grid, messaging middleware and workflow offerings.
The platform can be used to support enterprise-wide risk analytics, order matching systems, market data feeds and reference data applications. Tibco, based in Palo Alto, Calif., and Gemstone, based in Beaverton, Ore., will jointly sell the combined offering.
The ESS platform offers
