Gone from Arca, Selway Starts New Firm

NEW YORK--Former Archipelago (Arca) chief strategist and economist Jamie Selway, who left the company Feb. 4, is starting a new brokerage/consultancy called White Cap Securities with four other former Arca players.
Joining Selway at White Cap are Bill D’Arbanville and Jamie Petraglia, two members of Arca’s New York-based trading desk; Tim Love, a former Arca sales executive based in Boston; and Townsend Analytics technologist Quito Zuba, who carried much of the responsibility for building Arca’s
