AG Barrington Survey Examines IT Costs, Salaries

NEW YORK—Pending industry initiatives and the market downturn will force firms to re-assess their IT costs and resources, according to a salary survey released by AG Barrington, a consultancy specializing in financial technology career management.
Recommending that IT heads “ensure that the appropriate skill sets are available to carry them through the next three to five years,” the report places emphasis on four competencies: core processing, data consolidation, messaging and direct client
