Saxton: IBM Aims for City of London, Adopts Consultancy Approach

LONDON--International Business Machines, better known as IBM, has structured its London sales force around a consultancy model, aiming to offer the City of London's financial institutions a full business-to-technical service.

IBM has hired industry professional Keith Saxton to head up the City of London business unit; Saxton is responsible for tying together the relationship management, solutions development, sales, marketing and strategy for IBM's City clients.

Saxton joined IBM in 1998 after 18
