IFS Enters Receivership, Hoping for a Buyer

DUBLIN--Foreign exchange trading technology firm IFS has gone into receivership following its problematic takeover of Dene International and a drop in sales of its flagship Marginman product.

IFS remains confident a buyer will be found, sooner rather than later. "We are confident there will be a buyer for the company within weeks, and we have seen a high level of interest," a spokesperson for IFS says. "We have a large customer base, and everyone sees the business as viable."
