Butler Group Restructures and Plans US, European Expansion

LONDON--IT analysis company Butler Group has restructured itself to focus on international expansion and has created three new research and advisory services to examine the impact of technology on business processes.

UK-based Butler says it plans to open new offices in Amsterdam and Stockholm later in the year followed by a US office in 2001. The company is also intends to double its research analyst staff to 50 within the current financial year.

The company says it wants to take on IT research
