CANTOR TAKES LEGAL STEPS AGAINST IRIS
Cantor Fitzgerald has filed in the Delaware Court of Chancery to have Iris Cantor, her company, CFI, and her nephew, Rod Fisher, removed as limited partners of Cantor and to sever all ties between them and the firm. The court recently denied Iris Cantor's motion to dismiss claims that she improperly engaged in a secret transfer of interests relating to her partnership units without the consent of the managing general partner.
