Reuters to Sell Radianz to BT
VENDOR UPDATE
LONDON—Reuters is selling off financial extranet services provider Radianz to telecommunications giant BT, giving Radianz the neutrality and deeper pockets for development that it needs for its next phase of growth, say observers.
As part of the negotiations with BT, Reuters is set to acquire the outstanding 49 percent Radianz equity from French partner Equant for a $110 million cash transaction as well as the forgiveness of any future funding obligations, officials say. Reuters expects to
