OM Reorganizes Business, Cuts 70 Positions

ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT

STOCKHOLM--OM is reorganizing as part of a long-term process to focus on customer solutions for transaction and technology services.

OM will be divided into four business areas: Broker Services, Energy Market Solutions, Facility Management Services and Financial Markets Solutions. Chief operating officer and executive vice president Magnus Bocker will head the four units. OM will also make its subsidiary Swedish stock exchange, Stockholmborsen, a separate operational entity.
