FlexTrade Acquires Traderforce
VENDOR UPDATE
LONDON—Algorithmic trading software vendor FlexTrade Systems is acquiring a 72 percent majority stake in Paris-based Traderforce, a provider of hosted and thin-client solutions for market data, trading transactions and risk management.
With the acquisition, FlexTrade, based in Great Neck, N.Y., will integrate Traderforce's products with its own offerings to provide a thin-client, market data and multi-asset trading platform for sell-side and buy-side institutions, officials say. "FlexTrade
