Orc Spins Off FIX Subsidiary
The new business unit, CameronTec, opened its doors at the beginning of the year. Leading the subsidiary as CEO is Anders Henrikson. Steve Christinson has assumed the role of CTO, while Max Colas has been named chief product officer (CPO). Annie Walsh is the vendor's new chief marketing officer (CMO). Christinson and Walsh had held senior management positions with Cameron Systems since 2001, prior to its acquisition by Orc Software in 2006 (DWT, Jan. 9, 2006).
