What if they gave a recovery and no one came?

The current antipathy toward saying the word "recovery" among user firms, vendors and pundits matches that of the hesitancy toward uttering the word "recession" approximately two years ago when we were knee-deep in it. Maybe, like then, the pundits are wrong again and being overly cautious about the end of IT spending. I think even the pundits wouldn't mind being wrong this time.
