Phoenix Investment Management Upgrades To NIDS' UNIX Platform Linked To Macintosh Terminals

Phoenix Investment Management is installing National Investor Data Services Inc.'s UNIX-based NIDS/Port portfolio management system in an upgrade from the DOS-based NIDS/Port system it currently uses. Phoenix's portfolio managers will access the new system via a network of Apple Computer Inc. Macintosh II computers.
