Activ Preps Frankfurt Datacenter
The new datacenter, which is scheduled to go live at the end of this month, will allow Activ to offer proximity hosting services to its clients, giving them lower-latency access to market data from Deutsche Börse's matching engine and direct access to trading on the exchange's Xetra cash trading system and Eurex derivatives market.
The facility is located in Equinix's Frankfurt-2 datacenter in the north of the city, which was recently expanded to provide an additional 27,000 square feet of
