BlackBox to Speed Up Pre-Trade Compliance Checks

NEW YORK--Pre-trade portfolio compliance checking is set to catch up with speed of electronic trading systems technology with the development of a new compliance-checking database language called CTI RDL, or Rule Definition Language (RDL), from Compliance Tools Inc.
The language, for which a patent has been applied, has been designed to work in CTI’s Portfolio BlackBox compliance checking system, developed in conjunction with a major Wall Street asset manager.
