TSE RE-SELECTS FUJITSU

The Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) has selected Fujitsu Limited to develop its next-generation trading system, say TSE officials. The system is expected to be operational by late 2009. The Japanese exchange held a competition to select its system provider and has been evaluating its options since March 2006. The TSE is looking to accelerate order acceptance and execution processes with its revamped system, officials say. Completing the upgrade via Fujitsu will help make the TSE
