Dealhub, Equinix to Offer FX Co-Lo Service
In the coming weeks electronic trading software and service vendor DealHub and data center operator Equinix expect to launch a co-location service tailored for the electronic foreign-exchange (FX) traders within Equinix's New York NY4 and London LD4 facilities.
The new service, which is also planned for a deployment in Asia in the future, will leverage the presence of the leading FX dealers within the Equinix data centers and network cross connects as well as DealHub's dedicated London-New York network link, according to officials.
"We can now offer our full suite of ultra-low latency, flexible trading capabilities in a fast-to-market, fully hosted solution that rivals the very best bespoke tier one services," says Peter Kriskinans, CEO, Dealhub.
