FOA Provides Risk Management Guidelines for ESMA Compliance

Composed by the FOA, which represents venues, independent software vendors (ISVs) and financial firms, with assistance from law firm Katten Munchin Rosenman, the guidelines cover a broad swathe of pre- and post-trade risk management processes, along with associated areas of trading such as kill switches, oversight of service providers and market access.
