ICBPI Takes Etrali Open Trade for Comms
Etrali, formerly the trading solutions branch of Orange Business Services, completed the implementation in conjunction with the Gamma Group. The move transitions ICBPI's telephony systems from TDM to the SIP standard, and the recording functionality achieves compliance with European legal mandates regarding record keeping in financial institutions.

"The system architecture is completely flexible and integrates with rich ecosystems, reducing back-end complexity and size."
