ICBPI Takes Etrali Open Trade for Comms
Etrali, formerly the trading solutions branch of Orange Business Services, completed the implementation in conjunction with the Gamma Group. The move transitions ICBPI's telephony systems from TDM to the SIP standard, and the recording functionality achieves compliance with European legal mandates regarding record keeping in financial institutions.
"We wanted to provide a better quality service for our traders; Open Trade is the leader in the market and Etrali Trading Solutions' expertise and support is second to none," says Pablito Rosa, head of ICT security and compliance and ICT production at ICBPI. "The system architecture is completely flexible and integrates with rich ecosystems, reducing back-end complexity and size."
