aifmd-0913
Buy-side reporting requirements have proliferated in recent years.

The new release is built off DataArt’s original Form PF software, which enables its large hedge fund clients to efficiently collect, aggregate and validate filing data at no licensing cost for the SEC rules implemented earlier this year. The expanded features include new AIFMD reporting capabilities as outlined by the European Securities Markets Authority (ESMA) and the bundled solution provides user-friendly guidelines by the ESMA and history of past filings to source during the compilation of data, building reports in XML format.

“With this new free software release, we are continuing on our mission to provide effective solutions for buy-side firms to overcome regulatory requirements and alleviate the cost of compliance solutions,” says Alexey Utkin, financial services practice leader at DataArt's UK office.
