Delaware Investments will also be able to access Charles River's broker-neutral FIX Network and administration on the private cloud

In a recent survey of CIOs, research firm Gartner found that cloud-based infrastructure as a service was one of the fastest-growing technologies in the industry, expanding 44.9 percent in 2014. The consultancy says that agility, not cost, is the primary reason firms adopt cloud computing.
