"To help keep their trust, we thought it would be a good idea to let them see more details about how things work and what services they are paying us for. New clients that are used to an ‘on-premise' IT infrastructure also tend to be more comfortable moving into the cloud if we demonstrate that we aren't an opaque ‘black box,'" he says.
