Metamako doubles MetaConnect capacity to 96 ports while keeping deterministic latency at 6 nanoseconds.
The MetaConnect 96 switch transports data between servers, switches, FPGAs, WAN links and computers with deterministic port-to-port latency of 6 nanoseconds, officials say. It can also be upgraded to employ Metamako’s FPGA-based technology, which allows clients to run Metamako’s proprietary applications, including MetaWatch, MetaMux and MetaFilter, along with applications from Metamako’s ecosystem partners.
