Reuters Links 3000 Xtra to 'Trade Ideas'


LONDON—Reuters is set to distribute trade ideas from sell-side brokers to buy-side clients via the Reuters 3000 Xtra product, officials at Reuters tell DWT.

The distribution of trade ideas will be achieved in collaboration with Trade Ideas Ltd., a company launched and equally owned by Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) and Merrill Lynch (DWT, Nov. 7, 2005).

Reuters will be the first vendor to use the Trade Ideas Monitor (TIM) system developed by YouDevise, a London
