BAML has streamlined its algo offerings for options into four distinct strategies.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) has streamlined its algorithmic offerings for options trading, consolidating them into four strategies.

These now include delta-adjusted, clean sweep, fast sweep and smart spreads. The four algorithms incorprate functionality from its previously dispersed suite, allowing for dynamic adjustment and smart liquidity seeking capabilities.

"Options traders are looking for sophisticated strategies without all the intricacies on the front-end," says Jonathan Werts, head of electronic derivatives at BAML. "In response, we've revamped our algo offering by reducing parameter complexity and streamlining the process, making strategy selection more intuitive for traders."
