Buckley Leaves Garban Information

Garban Information Systems, the data-vending arm of Garban Intercapital, has lost its CEO. Gerard Buckley had been at Garban since September 1998. Prior to Garban, he was director of marketing and information technology at Dun & Bradstreet Europe. He also worked at the London Metal Exchange as managing director of global market data and information technology. Nigel Webb, CTO, is temporarily overseeing Buckley's responsibilities.
