Hayes’ Days at Amnerican Century

Self-described geek Karl Hayes isn’t overseeing investment management IT anymore. He’s leading a new department that creates firm-wide IT frameworks.

Karl Hayes is excited about his new role at American Century Investments. The former head of the investment management IT team is now in charge of technical enterprise architecture, a new department created to research new technology and make sure all the company’s systems play well together.
