Optimark Gets Warshaw, Loses Adiletta

Bob Warshaw, Lazard Freres' former CIO, is now chief technology officer at Optimark. But Optimark won't be the only one seeking Warshaw's attention. He's agreed to continue overseeing Lazard's Y2K efforts. Meanwhile, Bill Adiletta, who headed Optimark's Nasdaq unit and served as Optimark's CTO, has left the company. Adiletta says he had passed up numerous opportunities during his three years at Optimark and it was time for a change. "I've got a number of things in the works," he says.
