Nicholas Applegate Capital Management (NACM) has found its CTO: Daniel Stroot, an associate partner in Andersen Consulting’s financial services practice. Stroot, who specialized in the investment management sector for Andersen, now leads a 100-member team supporting NACM’s investment management business. The position had been vacant since last May, when George Kenney resigned. It was held in the interim by David Aldea, who was on loan from Perform Consulting. Aldea continues to work at the firm
