Sushil Vyas, senior vice president for Wachovia's technology delivery service team, says the bank houses the largest blade installation in the world, with ClearCube Technology systems located in cooled closets adjacent to the traders. The system minimizes the burden of moving traders on short notice, Vyas says. "Sometimes we get six weeks' notice to move a few traders, sometimes we get six minutes," he says.
