American Financial Technology Awards 2010: All the Winners

All smiles: Citi's Steve Randich won the best CIO category at this year's AFTAs

Last night Waters magazine hosted the 6th annual American Financial Technology Awards (AFTAs) held after the Waters USA conference at the New York Marriott Marquis on Times Square.

The two 'blue-ribboned' awards for best CIO and best IT team went to Citi's Steve Randich and State Street, respectively.

Below is the list of this year's winners across the 12 categories. Full details of the awards and write ups will appear in the January 2011 issue of Waters, courtesy of Rob Daly and Michael Shashoua.

• Best Risk Analytics Initiative: Tiden Capital's Quantifi deployment

• Best Data Management Initiative: Liquidnet's Automated Reporting Initiative
• Best Data Center Initiative: State Street
• Best Infrastructure Initiative: Bank of America Merrill Lynch
• Most Cutting-Edge IT Initiative: Lime Brokerage
• Best Green IT Initiative: JP Morgan
• Best IT Integration Initiative: Credit Suisse
• Best CIO: Steve Randich (Citi)
