Antitrust Division Says Ok To ADP-Bunker Ramo Deal; Acquisition Is Completed For $60 Million Plus

Following the high sign from the Justice Dept., Automatic Data Processing, Inc. quickly closed its previously-announced acquisition of Bunker Ramo Information Systems (MTR, December 1986).
