PC Quote, Bridge Data Sign Definitive Agreement, Roll Out Joint Product And Marketing Plans

PC Quote, Inc. and Bridge Holding Corp. have finalized their previously announced agreement in principle for Bridge to acquire 30 per cent of PC Quote. The two companies showed their first joint product, PC Bridge, at the recent Securities Industry Association Communications/Microcomputer Conference in New York.
