With Reuters' Million-Dollar Bonuses, Some Tibco Execs Make Plans To Move

Two years after its acquisition by Reuters, the vendor formerly known as Teknekron Software Systems, is experiencing a new set of aftershocks following the recent payout of $115 million in bonuses to senior Tibco managers (D&IS, 26 February).
Indra Mohan, one of Tibco's original programmers, and Mark Lobene, its erstwhile head of sales and marketing, have decamped following December 1995's payout of a stock appreciation rights deal. The payout deal was negotiated back in January 1994, when
