Barrowman, who joined the Swiss investment bank more than 25 years ago and is currently based in Canary Wharf, London, oversees more than 11,000 staff globally and is in charge of the bank’s overall IT strategy, which ultimately makes her responsible for more than 20,000 technologists around the world. She is an advocate for female technology talent
