In her short time at BNY Mellon, joining less than a year ago, Olga Prudits has been a champion of user experience (UX). In an average day, she researches client behavior and designs applications to be built by the bank’s development team.

Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Prudits was a consultant and led the UX and design of the bank’s collateral contract negotiations platform. The platform design altered the way clients interact with each other and negotiate tri-party repo contracts. Additionally
