Since joining BNY Mellon in February 2020, Rebecca Lythgo has put connectivity and employee engagement at the heart of her agenda. In her first year as COO at BNY Mellon Asia-Pacific Technology Group, she conducted multiple communication and engagement focus groups to better understand team needs and adapt work styles accordingly.

In response to the unprecedented challenges of Covid-19, she established wellness initiatives to support the transition to remote working, ensuring leaders and staff
