DBS Bank takes the win in the best analytics initiative category in this year’s WatersTechnology Asia Awards thanks to its Corporate Registration and Maintenance platform, underpinned by a data-driven Operation Model Control Tower. Its efforts were initiated in order to tackle challenges around turnaround times for new corporate customer registrations and the maintenance of existing customers, enable self-help functionality, reduce time-lags in the reporting of up-to-date key risk indicators
