At 25, Lauren McKeen is the youngest employee at Siepe, a cloud-based managed services and data analytics provider to the buy side, and she’s one of the only UX designers on the staff. She’s fewer than three years out of college at Texas Tech University—where she graduated summa cum laude—and has already become a project lead and a key person in Siepe’s diversity and recruiting committee, and overall brand.
