SAN FRANCISCO--Advent Software's recent announcement of its Alliance program is intended to ensure a reliable integration between its Advent Office series of investment management systems and third-party analytics and data sources. The initial members of the Alliance include Russell/Mellon Analytical Services, Morningstar, Investment Technology Group, Ibbotson Associates, Proxy Monitor, Inter active Technologies and Light port.com, but Juliana Chioffi, Advent's executive for alliance management
