Citi Adds Brazil to Total Touch Platform


In addition to offering electronic access to US stock and exchange-traded funds (ETFs), buy-side firms will now have access to equities in Brazil.

Mani Singh, head of non-dollar electronic sales at Citi, tells WatersTechnology that Citi is responding to client demand as average trade sizes in the US have steadily declined and institutional traders are being lured to the Brazilian equities marketplace, which has improved over the last couple years.
