West Highland Debuts Systems Overview Dashboard
The dashboard will provide a high-level view for managers to monitor cost and performance, from where they can access more data in West Highland's underlying platforms.
West Highland already collected the information for its own monitoring purposes, and previously only provided the information to clients as part of monthly or quarterly service reports. Now, however, West Highland can provide the information in real time, and will also be able to add to its coverage based on client demand.
