J & W Seligman Installs Bond Edge For Investment Grade Securities

NEW YORK--J & W Seligman has installed Capital Management Sciences Bond Edge analytics system for its $2 billion portfolio of government and corporate debt. Gary Zeltzer, a senior vice president and portfolio manager with the company, says he and another manager in the fixed-income area are using the system as a pre-trade analysis tool, in conjunction with holdings data from the company's portfolio accounting system, GPS Belvedere from DST International of Boston, and pricing data from IDSI.
