Year 2000 Delays Send ICM To Advent, Scraps 15-Year Relationship With NIDS


Investment Counselors of Maryland, a $4 billion asset company heavily weighted toward domestic equities, has installed Advent Software's Axys portfolio management system, after determining that the delayed Year 2000 upgrade of its incumbent system, SunGard Asset Management's NIDS Port, would not satisfy its clients.
