has hired Robert Bannon as vice president and senior investment strategist and Stephen Pelletier as a global trader responsible for trading derivative instruments. Bannon, who was formerly a senior bond strategist with IDEA Inc., will be responsible for product development and portfolio management--primarily the development of options-based trading strategies and portfolio return enhancements, along with yield curve modeling and general investment strategy.
