CMS WebView, a UK-based company focusing on real-time datafeeds and ticker plant software, bit the bullet and sold the client contracts for its TDI Feed and PriceView display application to fellow UK vendor Tenfore Systems. The deal, the value of which was undisclosed, follows more than a year of speculation about CMS WebView's health.
First, the company had to confess to shareholders that its 2004 marketing campaign didn't work, which led to cutbacks and layoffs. CEO Bob Antell pointed to
