Reuters is raising its game in Canada, in response to pressure from user firms to improve the latency of its data products in the region, industry sources tell Inside Market Data.
Sources say Reuters' products were experiencing sometimes severe delays during peak trading, and that with Canadian trading volumes and the profile of the Canadian market increasing in general, users could no longer tolerate unacceptable levels of latency.
