NYSE Taps Jordan & Jordan to Bolster Data Admin Tools
DART-originally developed by Harco Technology, which was acquired by Wombat Financial Software, which in turn was bought by NYSE-already provides usage monitoring and entitlements capabilities. Officials say that integrating VRS will give DART a range of functions for reporting data usage not just for NYSE and its Amex market, but to vendors and exchanges worldwide-and that this expertise in exchange-neutral reporting requirements was a key factor in NYSE approaching Jordan & Jordan.
