The new content includes data on banks from filings submitted to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and parent Standard & Poor's LCD (Leveraged Commentary & Data) news and data service covering the leveraged loans market.

"Given the current market conditions, our clients are interested in more information about the credit markets, particularly details on bank balance sheets," says Seung Bak, vice president of marketing at Capital IQ.
