Nasdaq Upgrades TotalView Bandwidth

Nasdaq has increased the bandwidth required for its market data feeds in the wake of increased price quotes as a result of its recent consolidation onto a single trading and data dissemination platform that has led some users to experience missing data during peak times.
Nasdaq officials say that the exchange experienced a "sharp increase" in order message rates around the open and close times after the completion of the systems integration project on Oct. 30.
